Chuck Gross

Small Group Champion. I am a retired businessman with two children and six grandchildren.I came to Grace in 1998 and more recently became a member of the Grace staff as the Director of Discipleship Ministries. There was a time in my life when I thought that everyone went to heaven. When my wife, Vivian, and I got into a small group, we learned the truth about entrance into heaven. Through a small group we both came to know Jesus as The Savior.

John Dix

Associate Pastor. My wife Carolee and I joined the Grace staff in January of 2000. The Lord has blessed us with three children; Claire, Luke, and Audrey. I was born in the Congo and speak a little bit of Swahili. In addition to my passion for leading and teaching in the local church, I love to travel and do ministry overseas. Playing baseball with Luke, going to Starbucks with Claire, laughing with Audrey, going on walks with my wife, old Range Rovers, dual sport motorcycles, and a nice steak dinner are some of things I most enjoy outside of pastoring.

Donna Cooper

Small Groups Administrator. My husband, Gordon, and I have been married 22 years and live in Covina. We have two children, Kelsey (15) and Gordon (5). I have been attending Grace since 1992. In 1999 I left a 20 year career in the insurance industry and became a full time mother and wife. My passion is my family and serving the Lord in ministry. I have been involved in many ministries over the years and believe that the Lord has been preparing me for this one all along. My favorite place in the world, thus far, is the beach, particularly Carlsbad where we have been vacationing every year since our daughter was born.

Eleanor Colburn

Community Leader. I was raised attending church on a regular basis, and came to know the Lord as my savior while a sophomore in college. My husband, Larry, and I began attending Grace in 1969 and became involved in various ministries. He has been with the Lord since 1999. Since then Grace has filled a big part of my life. I have two adult daughters. Janet attends Grace and serves in AWANA. Lisa is married to Paul Richardson, former college minister at Grace. They now serve at Mariner's Community Church in Half Moon Bay, CA, a wonderful place to visit and see my grandchildren! I love serving at Grace and being involved in Small Group Ministry!
