The Ten Most Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Financial Policies and Admission Procedures
1. When is tuition due?
Tuition is due by the 1st of the month and is late if paid after the 5th. A late charge of 35.00 will be assessed on the unpaid balance of an account after the 5th of the each month. If tuition is not paid by the 10th, of the current month, a parent will be asked to withdraw the child from the school. 2. What happens if I pick up my child late?
Please make every effort to be on time. If you are on the half day plan you will be charged 1.00 per minute after 12:00 pm and the same applies for our extended day plan after 6:01 pm.
3. Are there tuition reductions if my child is sick?
We will be unable to issue credit for illness or any other type of absence.
4. Does the school accept credit cards for payments?
Yes. The school accepts payments by Master Charge or Visa.
5. If it is necessary to withdraw my child from school how much notice does the school need?
Our policy requires that a two-week notification be submitted in writing when withdrawing your child. Families who fail to notify the office will be charged for the two weeks.
6. What is your policy regarding checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF)?
If a check is returned to us, all future payments must be made in cash or money order. There is a 35.00 fee on all NSF checks.
7. When my 2 year old or young 3 is potty trained when is the extra fee eliminated?
Your child must be trained fully for one month without accidents.
8. How much will the cost be for an extra day?
An extra day is only available if prior arrangements have been made and there is room for your child. The extra cost is $42.00 a day for toddlers and $35.00 for preschool.
9. Are there discounts for additional children?
There is a 10% discount for the second child and 5% for additional children.
10. Do I receive a receipt after every payment?
You can use your cancelled check, or you can call the office and request a monthly receipt. A yearly parent report will also be provided.
